Just be careful with using barefoot shoes for long distances when you are not used to them, because the body has to adjust if your body is used to less natural footwear.
Having the additional insole is for many barefoot enthusiasts who walk on much unnatural surfaces such as concrete a useful addition.

Both our Baresocks and Bareshoes are machine washable at 30 degrees celsius.
For the Bareshoes, just make sure to use a mesh laundry bag and that washing might put a strain on colors and materials. So only wash when necessary.

Naturally healthy feet have a steady shape whereby arch support is not necessary.
We believe arch support is only coming from the need to support weak feet that are used to arch support.
Just make sure that when you make the transition to barefoot shoes to take it slowly to give your foot muscles the time it needs to strengthen.

Although Barefootwear items are manufactured with great care, they sometimes have an issue caused by us.

Yes, we offer exchanges if within the 30 day return period and the products are unworn.
In our returns portal, please choose "Exchange" and let us know the product you wish to receive in exchange.
After you have dropped off the parcel of the original item(s) at your local parcel station, we will ship out your exchange.

Returns can be registered in our returns portal.
If you choose for a refund (not an exchange), the return shipping fee is charged to you when we handle your refund.
This fee is $10 for orders outside the EU/UK and €7.50 for orders inside the EU/UK.

After your unworn return is received by our warehouse, we will handle your refund in 5 working days.
